Valid for 30 days. Any promotions may limit the validity of the offer. Reservation for final sale.
Acceptance of the offer/order
Orders can only be placed by the authorized signatory of the company or, in the case of a private individual, the person who is to receive the goods.
Naturfönster manufactures everything to customer order, you as a customer design your own windows and doors. It is therefore your responsibility that you really check what you want before ordering. We manufacture according to the order you place, either directly in our webshop, or as per the quote you have approved.
In the webshop, all dimensions are in modular measurements, even decimeters. If you want a special order, with other dimensions, colors or glazing options than those available in the webshop, contact our window masters at info@naturfonster.se
Transoms: indicated by Horizontal first and Vertical second. E.g. Transom 1L 2S means 1 horizontal transom, 2 vertical transoms. Unless otherwise stated, the bars are divided so that the squares are the same size. Indicate specifically if the glazing bars or parapets are to be aligned with any other product you are ordering.
Any additions to the product you have chosen will be specified in the quote.
Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made. Orders placed cannot be canceled.
Boverket’s rules on safe housing
As a customer, you are responsible for the legal requirements set by Boverket for personal safety glass and safe housing. All Naturfönster’s doors with full glass have personal safety glass, but if you order and install windows that will be closer than 0.6 meters from the floor, they must also have personal safety glass. Right of withdrawal/returns
All windows and doors manufactured by Naturfönster are made to order. Therefore, everything is custom-made according to your order and there is therefore no right of withdrawal or return. Exception for stock range in our warehouse in Rottne.
Delivery
All prices in the webshop are “ex our factory in Rottne”, unless otherwise stated. If you have ordered for shipping / home delivery, it will take place when we notify you. We will contact you no later than the day before delivery is due. Goods up to 220 cm are delivered without surcharge. For goods over 220 cm, additional freight and unloading fees will be added.Freight for goods with delivery north of Gävle is quoted separately. We do not normally deliver to islands without a fixed bridge connection, except Gotland.
The goods are delivered to the property line. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is at home to receive the goods and that there is a passable road for a truck with a flat surface so we can unload. Naturfönster has restrictions on possible deliveries as follows
– We do not deliver to islands without a fixed bridge connection.
– We do not deliver goods to the customer’s home, north of Gävle, where delivery is made to the nearest Schenker terminal.
In the event of a toll road or if you cannot receive the goods when we notify you, additional charges will apply.
Delivery times
Normally the delivery time is 7 weeks, but, the delivery time can be anywhere from 4-16 weeks depending on what you buy and when in the season orders are placed. The delivery time is preliminary. Never book a craftsman until you have received the goods and checked that everything is included.
Delivery of goods
When your windows/doors are ready they will be delivered to your home, or collected by you, as agreed. Once goods are ready they must be collected from our warehouse within 5 working days, goods delivered to your home must be received, boom delivery will be charged at double freight. If goods are not picked up / received within 5 working days, pallet rent is charged at 100 SEK per pallet per day.
Control at reception
Check that the goods are faultless and that the products are as ordered. NOTE: You must never assemble the goods until they are paid for, all our goods are sold with retention of title. If you assemble the goods with any defects, any defects or deficiencies are considered approved and cannot be complained about.
Terms of payment
Payment is normally made when ordering in the webshop, or against an invoice with payment terms of 10 days, if you have purchased with delivery to a registered address/company address. If an invoice is not granted or if you are to collect the goods from us, the order must be paid for before collection. This can be done when placing an order by card or Swish or Bankgiro, or when collecting by Swish. Unpaid goods are not delivered.
Invoicing
Invoicing is always done by email. In connection with your delivery, we will send the invoice to the e-mail address we have received from you. If we are to send a paper invoice, a fee of SEK 100 will be added. Same thing for reminders.
Product reservation
Some products shown in pictures on the website may be optional or have been modified. Always make sure you know exactly what you have bought and will receive. Stocked items may be sold out, in which case delivery time will be added.
Assembly
The installation of windows and doors must be done professionally. Naturfönster’s wooden windows are installed with Adjufix.

Personal data
We use your personal data to fulfill our commitments to you. If you choose to pay by invoice, we will carry out a credit check in connection with your order. We will never sell personal data to third parties. You can contact us at any time and request that we delete your customer data.
