Collection of finished orders takes place at Naturfönster’s factory in Rottne in Småland. Collection of goods takes place during the opening hours of the warehouse, on Saturdays 10-14.

If you instead want us to send the goods to your home, shipping costs will be added. Cost depends on where you live and what you buy, normally shipping cost is 3000 sek for pallet goods, for doors pallet cost is 5000 sek.

These prices apply south of Gävle, not islands without a fixed bridge connection. Larger pallets, e.g. for sliding partitions and folding partitions are quoted separately. The freight is subject to the condition that it can be handled on a tail lift on a truck, so the products may be a maximum of 240 cm high and 240 cm long. For larger products than that, a direct truck is required and then the customer must have unloading facilities, (truck or crane). Or this service can be ordered from us at an additional cost.

There must be a passable road for the truck to the recipient and there must be solid ground so we can unload with a hand truck. We unload the goods at the nearest possible place in connection with the customer’s specified address. All lifting, moving in, possible carrying or, if lifting with a crane is required, this is done at the customer’s expense.
