Right of withdrawal

You have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Products that we do not have in stock in our warehouse, i.e. Products that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch with bars, colors or dimensions.

You have the right to cancel your order before your goods are delivered. However, we will charge you a flat rate of 80% of the amount.

How to undo your purchase

If you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. You should then contact Naturfönster at info@naturfonster.se You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you can find here.

After you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send the product back within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging you received it in as you will be liable for any damage or loss during return shipping caused by your negligence, for example, if the product is not properly packaged.

Return freight

You are responsible for the return shipping when you return your purchase. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
